AI Workforce

Staff that never
clock off.

Chatbots, agents and automations that know your business inside out — your prices, your policies, your customers — and run on systems you own. They answer, they act, and they hand over to a human when it matters.

  • Answers from your files
  • Acts in your systems
  • Yours to keep
One enquiry, start to finish

Enquiries arrive from WhatsApp, email or your website. The system reads them against your own files, answers what it is sure about, and routes anything it is not sure about to your team before acting.

Most AI tools are clever strangers. They have read the internet and know nothing about you — not your pricing, not last year's contract, not the customer who calls every Tuesday.

We build the other kind. It learns your business, plugs into the systems you already run, and lives wherever you decide it should — including entirely inside your own walls, if that is what your clients or your regulator require.

What it does

Three things a generic chatbot cannot.

This is the difference between an AI that talks about your business and one that runs part of it.

Knows your business

It has read everything you have

Your price lists, contracts, policies, product specs, past quotes and support history. Ask a question in plain English and get an answer with the source attached, so anyone can check it.

  • Answers from your documents, not from the internet
  • Shows you which file and page the answer came from
  • Update a document and it knows instantly — no retraining
  • Only shows each person what they are allowed to see
Sounds like your team

It writes the way you write

Trained on your own approved replies, so quotes, emails and support answers come out in your tone and your format — not in the flat, obviously-generated voice customers have learned to spot.

  • Your terminology, your structure, your standard clauses
  • Consistent across everyone on the team
  • Improves from the replies your staff actually approve
  • Reversible — roll back to last month's behaviour any time
Does the work

It acts, not just answers

Connected to the systems you already run, so it updates the CRM, pulls the invoice, books the slot and sends the follow-up. Anything it cannot undo waits for a human to approve first.

  • Plugged into your CRM, spreadsheets, database and inbox
  • Approval step before anything irreversible happens
  • A full record of every action, who triggered it and when
  • Escalates to a person when it is not confident
Where businesses start

The six we get asked for most.

Each one begins as a single workflow, measured against your real information, before anything else gets scoped.

Customer chatbots that actually know things

On your website or WhatsApp, answering from your real prices, stock and policies — and handing over to a person the moment it is out of its depth.

Sales and follow-up agents

Qualifies enquiries, answers the first round of questions, books the meeting and updates your CRM — so nothing sits unanswered overnight.

Paperwork that reads itself

Invoices, purchase orders, bank statements, forms and CVs turned into clean rows in your system. Anything it is unsure about goes to a person instead of being guessed.

An assistant for your whole team

One place to ask about leave balances, policy, past projects or last quarter's numbers, answering from live systems rather than a stale spreadsheet.

Support triage

Reads every incoming ticket or message, sorts it, drafts the reply and routes the hard ones to the right person with the history already attached.

Reports that write themselves

The weekly numbers pulled, checked and delivered to WhatsApp or email on a schedule — in words, not just a dashboard nobody opens.

Where it runs

Four homes. Very different bills.

From fastest-to-launch through to machines in your building with no internet at all. Most businesses who ask for the last one actually need the third — and we would rather say so before you buy hardware.

In your own systems

The whole thing installed into the accounts and systems your business already owns. We build it, your name is on it, and your existing security rules apply to it automatically.

  • Passes the security questionnaires enterprise clients send
  • Your existing access rules and logging cover it on day one
  • It outlives us — nothing depends on our accounts

You need someone who can hold the keys. We set the sensible defaults and document them, but ownership means owning it.

How we work

Four things we put in writing.

It is yours

Everything we build transfers to your accounts on full payment. Stop working with us and it keeps running.

We measure it

We agree an accuracy target with you and test against it before launch — not after you have paid.

It says when it's unsure

Low confidence goes to a person. The system escalates rather than inventing an answer.

You can see everything

Every question, action and result is logged and searchable. Nothing happens invisibly.

What happens next

Four steps from call to running.

No long discovery phase and no commitment before you have seen it work on your own information.

  1. 01

    A short call

You describe the job that eats your team every week. We ask what it costs you today and what an error costs. No preparation needed, and no deck from us.

    30 minutes
  2. 02

    One workflow, your real data

We pick the single highest-value task and build it against your actual files and systems. Narrow on purpose, so you see something working rather than a roadmap.

    Weeks, not months
  3. 03

    You see the score first

We test it against questions pulled from your own material and show you the accuracy number. You decide whether to go further with a real result in front of you.

    Before you commit
  4. 04

Scale it and take the keys

We extend what worked, connect the rest of your systems, and hand everything over — running in your accounts, documented well enough for any team to pick up.

    Yours to keep
Start with the call No prep needed. Bring the problem, not a brief.
For your technical team

The detail your CTO will ask for.

Skip this if it is not your department — nothing above depends on it. Your engineers will want it before they sign anything, so here it is.

Models and licensing

We deploy current open-weight models under permissive licences, shortlisted on licence terms, hardware fit and tool-calling reliability, then scored against a held-out set built from your own documents. Selection is the result of that evaluation rather than a preference we arrive with — and because releases move monthly, we name the model at scoping rather than promising one in advance.

Retrieval, not training, for knowledge

Company knowledge is served by a retrieval pipeline: structural chunking, hybrid keyword and vector search, reranking, and permission filtering applied at query time. Documents stay deletable. Personal data is deliberately kept out of any training set, because it cannot be surgically removed from resulting weights afterwards.

Behaviour tuning

Where prompting genuinely plateaus, we train adapters over a frozen base rather than full fine-tunes — one shared base, one versioned adapter per client, rolled back like any other artefact.

Egress and boundaries

Every outbound network call is enumerated in writing before provisioning: tools, remote tool servers, telemetry, and any hosted component. There is no silent cloud fallback — if the local model is unavailable the request fails and queues rather than quietly rerouting to an external provider.

What transfers to you

Model weights, any adapters, the vector index, application source, infrastructure-as-code definitions, evaluation sets and documentation — into your own accounts, on full payment.

Frequently asked

How is this different from just using ChatGPT?

A general assistant knows the internet. This knows your business — your prices, your contracts, your customers, your history — and it can act inside your systems rather than only talking about them. It also stays where you put it, which matters when the information is confidential.

Do we need to buy servers?

Usually not. Most of our work installs into cloud accounts you already have, which gives you ownership and an auditable boundary without buying hardware. Physical machines are only necessary if you have a genuine no-internet requirement, and fewer businesses do than the phrase suggests.

How long until we see something working?

We start with one workflow and get it running against your real information, with an accuracy score attached, typically in weeks. That scored result is what we use to price the rest — guessing at scope before you have seen it work helps nobody.

What if it gets something wrong?

That is designed for from day one. Anything the system is not confident about goes to a person instead of being guessed, every action is logged, and we agree an accuracy target with you before launch rather than hoping for the best afterwards.

Will our information be used to train someone else's AI?

No. Where an outside provider is involved at all, it is on terms that forbid it, and for sensitive work we build so no outside AI provider is in the path in the first place. How your data is handled is written down before we start, not described verbally.

Will this actually save us money?

Sometimes, and sometimes not — which is why we work it out with your real numbers before you commit to anything. The figure that decides it is not cost per run, it is cost per correct outcome measured against what the task costs you today. If the arithmetic does not work, we say so on the first call.

What happens if we stop working with you?

It keeps running. Everything transfers to your accounts on full payment, documented well enough that another team can pick it up. We think a supplier you cannot leave is a supplier you should not hire.

Tell us the job. We'll tell you if AI should do it.

Bring us the task that eats your team's week — the reading, the sorting, the chasing, the same forty questions. We will tell you what it would take, what it would cost, and whether it is worth doing at all.
