The challenge
Career guidance for Indian students is dominated by unscientific assessments and one-off counselling with no follow-through. Building a credible alternative meant combining validated psychometrics, structured career data, live human counselling and payments — while handling minors' data responsibly under India's data-protection regime.
Our approach
We built the platform end to end: a large relational schema behind a typed API, a modern web app in light and dark themes, and five AI agents covering career chat, assessment interpretation, roadmap generation, guidance and messaging. The product covers 200+ career paths with salary data, step-by-step roadmaps by class level, a psychometric assessment engine, counsellor booking with video and live chat, and a tiered commercial ladder from self-serve assessment to full counselling programmes — with field-level encryption and child-safety compliance built into the data layer.
